Eligibility for Refund
- Only products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery are eligible for a refund.
- The request for a refund must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
Refund Process

- Evaluation: Our quality assurance team will review the case within 3–5 business days.
- Approval & Refund: Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Conditions
- Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.
- Change of mind or wrong orders placed by the customer.
- Custom orders (specific packaging/processing based on buyer requests) are not eligible unless defective.
Cancellations
Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled unless explicitly approved by our team before shipment.
