  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, and delivery location. Final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or mentioned during the agreement phase for bulk orders.

International Shipping

  • Processing Time: Export orders are processed within 7–10 business days after necessary documentation and payment formalities are completed.
  • Shipping Methods: We ship via air freight, sea freight, and express courier services, depending on the order size and buyer preference.
  • Delivery Time: International delivery times range between 15–45 days, depending on the destination country and selected shipping method.
  • Customs & Duties: Any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import regulations will be the responsibility of the buyer. We provide full support with necessary export documentation.

Damaged Packages

In case of any visible damage to the package upon arrival, please report it to the delivery agent and notify us immediately with photographs. We will investigate and take appropriate action to resolve the issue promptly.
